The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kaziranga National Park is one of the stops on a lahé houseboat cruise. Arguably one of the best national parks in the country, Kaziranga’s extensive grasslands may remind one of the African savannah, frequently referred to as the Serengeti of Asia.
Embark on a jeep safari into this park, known for being the home of the world's largest populations of the Indian One-horned Rhinoceros, the Asiatic Wild Water Buffalo and Eastern Swamp Deer. It has also earned the distinction of having one of the world's highest densities of the Royal Bengal Tiger (one per 5 sq km).
